Mocha Baked Oats (For One)

Serves: 1 serving
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅛ tsp. baking powder
- 1 heaping cup coffee
- 1 TBSP cacao powder
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg white
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Spray a small baking dish or ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into dish.
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until set
