½ tsp. each: ground coriander, all-spice, crushed red pepper flakes, ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. each: ground ginger and salt
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Use a 1” cookie scoop to scoop out mixture. Roll with your hands to form a ball.
Heat 1 TBSP oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook until browned, flip, and then continue to cook until each side is browned.
Place the meatballs on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes.
